Overall very nice and nicely designed hotel in Vienna with outstandingly helpful staff from a front doorman. Comfy location with breathtaking views and not far from numerous other important landmarks and all major museums.

We chose the Grand Hotel to celebrate our 25th anniversary encouraged by the excellent location and beautiful photos of the hotel in the hope that it would be an unforgettable experience. it has been. photos are true to life, just with that classic luxury style we were looking for, with comfortable, quiet rooms and a great bathroom. situation is perfect for walking to almost all the attractions in the centre, we only use public transport to go to Schonbrunn and Prater. Fantastic the Restaurant "Le Ciel" and very rich and varied breakfasts in "La Brasserie"; Bar with live music in the evenings... everywhere a super attentive, helpful and friendly staff ready to help with questions. Even the transfer service to the airport is of quality and at an interesting price. Without a doubt a 100% recommendable hotel to which we will return in a next trip to Vienna.

Breakfast could've been better, the waiters aren't paying attention!

It was just a good match for a weekend getaway in Vienna with good price-quality ratio. I really appreciated the quick upgrade to a suite at check-in. That was a nice touch. Make sure to confirm your housekeeping requests for a smoother stay.

Bed and pillows.. Location.. Cleaning.
We arrived at the hotel at 1:50 pm and room was not ready (until then normal, since they have a margin until 2 pm). receptionist told us that if the room was ready, another one arrived and said no. We told them that we had an appointment and we had to change our clothes and as a solution they sent us to the 6th floor to the services of the Spa where my wife and I had to open our suitcases and change to casual in a bathroom to go to the Palace of S. (all this for 10 minutes) To retain in the Visa card the approved amount plus 300 e. in concept of... I suppose that in case you leave without paying something that you consume in the Hotel... that lack of confidence... is an ugly gesture and I suppose anticonstitutional... they should correct it... mini-bar was noisy at night. view we got from the side of a big building. Badly. badly, From the moment we arrived. it seemed that you were not interested in us, I thought it was because of the price we paid for the three nights. In reception there is no one who speaks Spanish. By the way. taxi from the hotel to Palacio de S, charged us with normal traffic 50 e. on the way back the same route 16e,

amazing service and breakfast!
We had such a nice stay! The staff were super friendly! The breakfast was a dream, with lots of choices and even hot dishes! My only gripe was the dim lighting in the room, made it hard to read. A fantastic experience!

Very very good stay for service at breakfast. Generally it's a tidy hotel with rich breakfasts. Unbeatable and perfect location, a short way from Musikverein Concert Hall.

Had an awesome three-night stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic and the spa treatments like the massage and steam room were super relaxing. Just a heads up, there was some expired beer in the minibar, but it didn't ruin our fun 😊
